SUMMARY:Healthy Grandfamilies
DESCRIPTION:Healthy Grandfamilies is a free group that provides information and resources to grandparents who are raising one or more grandchildren or great-grandchildren. You do not need to be a grandparent to attend the meetings. The meetings are for anyone who is raising children the second or third time. The program is funded by the West Virginia State Legislature\, grants and contributions from several healthy insurance companies throughout the state. \nMingo County Schools\, along with West Virginia State University\, are joining forces to provide our Grandfamilies with the opportunity to attend meetings throughout the school year.\nEach discussion group provides valuable resources.
